Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan Visits INTER AQUA LLC

Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan visited INTER AQUA LLC, located in the Ararat region. The minister toured the company's facilities, familiarized himself with the production processes, and learned about the company's future plans. INTER AQUA LLC is one of the leading companies in the fish farming sector, with an annual production volume of approximately 1,100 tons. The company raises beluga, sturgeon, Siberian sturgeon, rainbow trout, and Gegharkunik fish species. The fish farm occupies an area of 6.5 hectares and employs 60 people. During the visit, the prospects for the development of the sector, production expansion, and export opportunities to the EU were discussed. The minister presented the state policy being implemented in the sector, as well as programs for state support and export promotion.
