Green Rock and Hyatt Hotels Corporation have signed an agreement for the entry of the international high-class hotel brand Hyatt Regency Dilijan into the Armenian market — the first Hyatt Regency hotel in the country, which will be built in Dilijan.
On July 25, the agreement was signed, and a ceremonial foundation-laying event took place, attended by representatives of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, including Deputy Minister of Economy Anushik Avetyan, Chair of the Tourism Committee Lusine Gevorgyan, and Deputy Governor of Tavush Province Narek Gushchyan, as well as the founder of Green Rock, Mareta Gevorkyan.
Hyatt Regency Dilijan will be part of the multifunctional Green Rock complex and will become one of the key elements of the region. This large-scale project aims to develop Dilijan as an attractive tourist, business, and cultural destination.
Economic Impact of the Project
The launch of the Hyatt Regency Dilijan hotel will create over 400 new jobs in hospitality, restaurant services, and other sectors.
