The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, visited the Eleveight AI factory located in Gagarin, Gegharkunik Province. This is the first artificial intelligence development factory in Armenia and the South Caucasus, utilizing NVIDIA Blackwell B300 technology.
The investment program for the first phase amounts to $150 million, of which about $70 million has already been implemented. The factory is designed to service large-scale computations in the field of artificial intelligence—from training AI models to business applications, scientific, and engineering tasks.
The capacity of the first phase of the factory is 5 MW, which is planned to be increased to 40 MW in the next phase of expansion.
Only a month after the launch, the existing capacities are fully booked, reflecting demand from Armenia and the international market.
It is noteworthy that the memorandum of understanding on innovative partnership in the field of artificial intelligence and semiconductors, signed by the government of the Republic of Armenia and the US government on August 8, 2025, allowed for the export of Nvidia Blackwell B300 graphics processors.
