The State Revenue Committee has published the indicators of taxes and fees paid by 1,000 major taxpayers of Armenia for January-June 2026. This was reported by "Business 24" referring to the SRC.
Top Ten Leaders
According to the published data, the list of major taxpayers in Armenia is led by the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine with 41.61 billion drams, which is an increase of 21.24 billion drams or 104.24% compared to the comparable figure from 2025, when the company ranked 6th.
In second place is Mobile Center Art with 38.16 billion drams. Compared to the comparable figure in 2025, there was an increase of 5.24 billion drams or 15.91%. In January-June 2025, the company ranked 1st.
Third place is held by Ardshinbank with 33.60 billion drams. Compared to the comparable figure in 2025, there was an increase of 5.64 billion drams or 20.16%. In January-June 2025, the company ranked 4th.
Fourth place goes to Gazprom Armenia, which paid 31.50 billion drams to the state budget, which is an increase of 3.46 billion drams or 12.34% compared to the 2025 figure of 28.04 billion drams. In January-June 2025, the company ranked 3rd.
Fifth place is held by Grand Tobacco with paid taxes of 28.95 billion drams. Compared to the comparable figure in 2025, there was a decrease of 1.51 billion drams or 4.96%. In January-June 2025, the company ranked 2nd.
In sixth place is Ameriabank, which contributed 22.15 billion drams to the state budget. Compared to the same period in 2025, there was an increase of 0.75 billion drams or 3.50%. In January-June 2025, the company ranked 5th.
Seventh place is held by DigiTech, which paid 17.91 billion drams to the state budget. Compared to the same period in 2025, there was an increase of 62.38% or 6.88 billion drams. In January-June 2025, the company ranked 10th.
Eighth place is occupied by Soft Contract, which contributed 17.49 billion drams to the state budget. Compared to the same period in 2025, there was an increase of 7.57 billion drams or 76.20%. In January-June 2025, the company ranked 8th.
Ninth place is held by the Kapan Mining and Processing Combine, which paid 15.71 billion drams. Compared to the same period in 2025, there was an increase of 5.39 billion drams or 52.24%. In January-June 2025, the company ranked 12th.
Completing the top ten is IMVBAM (formerly VAYLDBERRIZ), which paid 13.92 billion drams in taxes. Compared to the comparable figure in 2025, there was an increase of 72.63% or 5.86 billion drams. In January-June 2025, the company ranked 19th.
In the top ten, there is one company each from the fields of electronics sales, energy resources, tobacco production, and online trade. Two companies are represented from the mining, banking, and information technology sectors.
Overall Indicators
In total, the leading 10 taxpayers paid about 261.01 billion drams in taxes for January-June 2026, which is an increase of 26.08% or 53.99 billion drams compared to the comparable figure in 2025 (207.03 billion drams).
The volume of taxes paid by the top 100 taxpayers amounted to 638.13 billion drams, an increase of 11.33% or 64.96 billion drams, while the volume of taxes paid by 1,000 major taxpayers amounted to 1,109.9 billion drams, an increase of 123.82 billion drams or 12.53%.
About 23.52% of the taxes paid by the 1,000 major taxpayers come from the top 10 companies, while 57.49% come from the top 100.
If we express the volume of taxes paid in US dollars (based on the Central Bank exchange rate as of June 24, 2026, 365.87 drams), the top ten paid about 713.4 million dollars. The top 100 paid about 1.744 billion dollars, and the 1,000 paid about 3.034 billion dollars.
