Armenia's state budget recorded a surplus of 67.3 billion drams in the first half of the year

State budget revenues increased by 14.7%

In the first half of 2026, the revenues of Armenia's state budget amounted to 1.643 trillion drams, which corresponds to 106% of the adjusted plan for the reporting period. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Armenia.

Compared to the same period last year, state budget revenues increased by 14.7%, or by 210.1 billion drams.

Compared to the first half of 2025, state budget expenditures increased by 7%, or by 103.6 billion drams, reaching 1.576 trillion drams.

The execution of the expenditure plan was 83.2%. As a result of the first half of 2026, Armenia's state budget was executed with a surplus of 67.3 billion drams, against a planned deficit of 342.4 billion drams for this period.

In the same period last year, the deficit was 39.2 billion drams.
