The four largest telecom operators in Armenia contributed 22.2 billion drams to the state budget in the first half of 2026, which is an 8.8% increase compared to the same period last year:
Of this amount, 9.4 billion drams were paid in VAT, 3.8 billion in income tax, and 2.7 billion in profit tax:
«Viva Armenia» continues to hold the leading position but dropped from 11th to 19th place over the year, paying 10.4 billion drams, of which 3.9 billion was VAT, 2.4 billion was profit tax, and 1.2 billion was income tax:
UCom, which rose from 38th to 27th place, contributed 5.8 billion drams, Telecom Armenia (brand TEAM) contributed 4.8 billion drams, and «GNC Alpha» (brand OVIO) contributed 1.2 billion drams:
