The credit portfolio of Armenian banks exceeded 8.56 trillion drams in Q2

YEREVAN, July 27. /ARKA/ The total credit portfolio of Armenian banks as of June 30, 2026, exceeded 8.56 trillion drams, showing an annual growth of 23.56% compared to June 30, 2025, and a quarterly increase of 6.8% compared to March 31, 2026.

According to the ranking by the agency 'ARKA', at the end of the second quarter of 2026, Ameriabank maintained the leading position among Armenian banks in terms of credit portfolio volume, with over 1.95 trillion drams in credit investments (annual growth – 33.59%, quarterly growth – 10.93%).

In second place is Ardshinbank, with a credit portfolio exceeding 1.66 trillion drams (annual growth – 27.36%, quarterly growth – 7.39%).

Third place is held by Akba Bank, whose credit portfolio amounted to 810.7 billion drams (annual growth – 19.53%, quarterly growth – 7.33%).

Fourth place is occupied by Inecobank with 591.4 billion drams (annual growth – 25.61%, quarterly growth – 10.14%).

The top five is completed by Amio Bank with 547.9 billion drams (annual growth – 2.05%, quarterly decline – 2.82%).
