The Civil Court in Yerevan has accepted the lawsuit filed by former National Assembly MP Sophia Ovsepyan against Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. Ovsepyan announced that the court has already made the relevant decision, which she received today.
“As I mentioned earlier, I filed a lawsuit against the current Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan regarding his statement from June 11 of this year. He stated that all votes cast in favor of opposition forces were obtained through electoral bribery, while the votes cast for the ruling party were organic. The court has accepted the lawsuit for consideration, and today I received the relevant decision,” Ovsepyan wrote.
