The RA Prosecutor General is demanding the confiscation of 193 properties from former Minister of Finance and ex-head of the State Revenue Committee Gagik Khachatryan and associated individuals:
The confiscation request includes 46 apartments in central Yerevan, 89 properties in Kotayk province, participation in 29 legal entities including LLC "MEGASPORT" and LLC "MEGA FOOD", 14 movable properties, bonds worth $1,451,074, a deposit of $147,210, a loan claim of $23,081,354, 409,806,800 drams, and 9,750 euros:
In total, the claim amounts to 17,761,537,781 drams:
Previously, the Investigative Committee of Armenia submitted a request to the court for the application of arrest as a preventive measure against Gagik Khachatryan, but the court rejected it.
