Under the sponsorship of Fast Bank, the final of the international author song festival "Sail of Hope" took place from July 17 to 19 on the shores of Lake Sevan. Organized by the "Bards" club, this festival has been held for 12 consecutive years, providing young talents the opportunity to perform alongside established artists.
Songwriter Eduard Zorikyan emphasized that the festival has become a beloved event for guests from abroad: "We have traditional guests from Poland, Belarus, Georgia, with whom we have long-standing friendly relations; they are always expected guests of our festival," he said.
"Sail of Hope" is a unique platform in the global bard community, engaging a large number of young people. Foreign guests love Armenian songs so much that they translate them and perform them in their countries.
"As one of our guests said, it is an amazing phenomenon not seen in the global bard community that so many young people participate. Therefore, the importance of the festival is essentially related to the dissemination of this genre. In this regard, we are immensely grateful to all our partners who support us in this matter, and Fast Bank has been our main sponsor for many years. I am very happy about this collaboration, thank you for spreading this important mission," noted performer Armine Hayrapetyan.
