Fast Bank is issuing coupon bonds worth 13,000,000,000 AMD from August 10 to December 30. The new AMD bonds are issued with a nominal value of 100,000 AMD and a circulation period of 24 months:
The bank has announced that the annual yield of the bonds is 10.25%. Coupon payments are made semi-annually, every 6 months. It is also noted that the income from the bonds is exempt from income tax until December 31, 2027, inclusive.
Fast Bank customers can purchase the bonds entirely remotely through the Fast Bank Mobile app or online banking. If you are not an existing customer of the bank, you can download the Fast Bank Mobile app, go through the online registration and identification process, open an account, and purchase bonds without visiting the bank.
After logging into the app, you need to select the sections “Bonds” and then “Current Placements” on the main page. After filling in just a few fields, the process of acquiring the bonds is completed. The purchased bonds and their full description will be reflected in the “My Bonds” section of the app.
The electronic version of the program notification, completion of the Act, and final terms of issuance can be downloaded via the following link, while paper versions can be obtained by visiting the head office of Fast Bank or any branch of the bank.
