Ambassador Smbatyan and Platon Kalmakhelidze Discuss Decentralized Cooperation Between Armenia and Georgia

During a working visit to the Kakheti region, Armenia's Ambassador A. Smbatyan met with the state representative of the Georgian government, Platon Kalmakhelidze.
