The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, David Khudatyan, visited Lori Province on a working trip.
The minister, along with Governor Aren Mkrtchyan, Executive Director of the Road Department Fund Arkadi Chertchinyan, and community mayors, spent the entire day touring the region's communities and familiarizing himself with construction works carried out under the state budget and subvention programs.
The minister's first stop was the city of Alaverdi, where large-scale construction works are underway.

Roads are being repaired, flood-damaged retaining walls are being restored, and a new shop/pavilion is being built in the market area to provide sellers with more convenient trading conditions.

A park near the lakes is also being reconstructed in Alaverdi. The works are in progress. The project is valued at over 136 million drams.

In the Lori Berd community, the minister, along with the Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan, who is on vacation, familiarized himself with newly acquired agricultural machinery and a parking lot built under the subvention program.

The minister also visited the Stepanavan community and inspected the landscaping works of the city park and a section of the alley carried out under the subvention program.

As a result of the program, the city park in Stepanavan has been completely renovated, equipped with modern carousels, and the park area has been fully paved, with decorative trees and shrubs planted.

The minister also reviewed the ongoing renovation works on Raffi Street in Stepanavan. The project is valued at approximately 312 million drams.
