UFC President and CEO Dana White believes that Power Slap may become as big as UFC's flagship fighting sport. He noted that social media traffic and advertising growth indicate that Power Slap could reach UFC's level of success.
"The numbers are just astronomical on what we pull on this thing," White said.
Power Slap, which consists of open-handed slaps between two competitors, has already become a global business.
White mentioned that Power Slap has already racked up 1.88 billion impressions and 40 million likes on social media.
He also discussed Zuffa Boxing, which aims to revitalize the boxing industry.
