The Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia filed a lawsuit in the Anti-Corruption Court to declare invalid the auction regarding a 0.02 ha plot of land belonging to the Jambarak community and to apply the consequences of invalidity.
By the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court on July 21, 2026, the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office was satisfied. The court declared invalid the auction conducted by the Jambarak community and, as a result, declared invalid the sales contract of the land plot concluded between the Jambarak community and an individual on May 31, 2013, as well as the state registration of ownership rights based on this contract.
After the decision comes into legal force, the 0.02 ha plot of land will be returned to the Jambarak community.
