Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated that Azerbaijan is ready to host the next meeting of the 3+3 platform. He made this announcement at a press conference with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Moscow.
Bayramov noted that the situation in the South Caucasus was completely different in 2021, and now it is changing significantly. To date, three meetings have been held within the framework of the platform — in Moscow, Tehran, and Istanbul. In 2024, following the meeting in Istanbul, the Azerbaijani side proposed to host the next meeting in its territory.
He emphasized that Baku considers this format to be in demand and important. “However, the participating countries should discuss the entire range of issues that are of mutual interest to our countries,” Bayramov stated.
