YEREVAN, July 31. /ARKA/. Byblos Bank Armenia has announced that its CEO Aik Stepanyan will cease his activities at the bank effective August 1, 2026.
According to the bank, under Aik Stepanyan's leadership, Byblos Bank Armenia has consistently strengthened its position in the financial market, expanded the range of services offered, implemented innovative digital solutions, and systematically developed a customer-oriented approach. His strategic vision and professional leadership played a significant role in ensuring the bank's sustainable development, improving its operational efficiency, and achieving long-term progress.
To ensure a smooth transition of powers, the bank's board has appointed Ani Sargsyan as the acting CEO and deputy executive director, who currently serves as the bank's chief financial officer. The appointment will take effect on August 1.
