The Yerevan Municipality has illegally confiscated all movable property of the "Multi Wellness Center," taking possession of it and transferring it to its created organization, "Yerevan Wellness Center." This was stated by Arman Piroyan, the general director of the "Multi Wellness" fitness center.
According to him, after unlawfully declaring the real estate belonging to the "Multi Wellness Center" as its own, the Yerevan Municipality published a statement that the sports and wellness complex "Multi Wellness Center" has reopened and will operate under the new name "Yerevan Wellness Center."
"All movable property of the complex - sports equipment and inventory, furniture, air conditioning and cooling systems, computer equipment, washing machines, kitchen equipment, televisions, etc. - belongs to the 'Multi Wellness Center' and has not been removed from the premises. We declare that the Yerevan Municipality has illegally confiscated all movable property of the 'Multi Wellness Center,' taking possession of it and transferring it to its created organization 'Yerevan Wellness Center.' Dear municipality, publicly state on what grounds your created company uses property that does not belong to it, and on what grounds you took this property?" - stated Arman Piroyan.
