Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan has released a video from the Ararat Cement Plant, stating that the plant is operating at full capacity.
According to Armenpress, alongside the video, the minister wrote: "Ararat Cement is operating at full capacity".
The operations of the Ararat Cement Plant had been suspended since July 6 due to a criminal case involving the plant's owner, businessman, and president of the Prosperous Armenia party, Gagik Tsarukyan.
