The Ministry of Economy of Armenia will take all necessary measures to ensure the full, uninterrupted, and efficient operation of 'Araratcement'. This was stated by the Minister of Economy of Armenia, Gevorg Papoyan, during his visit to the factory.
He reminded that the enterprise has been transferred to the management of the Ministry of Economy of Armenia, and a temporary manager will be appointed in July. "I urge all employees of the company to perform their duties diligently and responsibly. The factory must not cease its operations; rather, it should ensure the normal course of production and enhance work efficiency," said the minister.
Papoyan also toured the factory, familiarizing himself with the production process, existing capacities, and the current state of operations. The factory employs about 1,000 people, and its design annual capacity is 1.2 million tons.
The minister also instructed to conduct a thorough study of the issues at the enterprise to take necessary measures for their resolution.
