The Ararat regional prosecutor's office has examined the documents regarding the allocation of land plots in the Ararat city park to various individuals within the framework of its authority to protect state (municipal) interests:
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the former head of the Ararat community, A. B., violated the requirements of part 1 of Article 77 of the Land Code in effect at the time of the emergence of legal relations, by granting a land plot of 630 sq. m at 10 Aygi Street, Ararat, with a construction right for 99 years to an individual on February 12, 2008:
The prosecutor sent a request to the head of the Ararat community to take measures to terminate the construction right concluded between the Ararat community and the developer on February 12, 2008:
Based on the request, as a result of the actions of the competent authorities of the Ararat municipality, on July 17, 2026, the registered construction right for the land plot of 630 sq. m at 10 Aygi Street, Ararat, with a cadastral value of approximately 1 million 182 thousand drams, was terminated in the Cadastre Committee:
It should be noted that on June 18, 2026, as a result of prosecutorial intervention, the construction right for the land plot of 0.1280 ha in the Ararat city park at 36/5 Shahumyan Street, with a cadastral value of approximately 2 million 403 thousand drams, was also terminated:
