It is time to open the Armenia-Turkey border, stated Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during a broadcast on Public Television. “A very successful business forum was recently held in Kars. At the suggestion of the Turkish side, we plan to hold the next one in Armenia, which will take place in October,” said the minister.
