Unibank has expanded the operating hours of its call center, making banking support more accessible for clients, according to the bank’s press service.
Under the new schedule, the call center now operates 24/7 from Monday to Friday, while on Saturdays and Sundays it is open from 10:00 to 22:00. The bank says the change will allow clients to seek advice and support at a time that suits them best.
According to Unibank, the extended schedule is another step aimed at improving the accessibility and quality of banking services. The bank has been steadily developing its remote service channels in line with customer needs and the nature of incoming requests.
With many banking services already available online around the clock, the bank says it is equally important to give clients fast access to the guidance and support they need. The new regime is particularly convenient for Unibank customers outside Armenia and in other time zones, who can now contact the bank at any hour on weekdays from anywhere in the world.
