Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said the most rational way to resolve the railway issue is to change the concession management format, Finport.am reported.
In the prime minister’s view, this means moving toward a management model that can respond more effectively to existing problems and provide a clearer framework for the sector going forward.
The railway remains an important part of Armenia’s economic and transport agenda, as it affects both infrastructure management and the efficiency of freight and passenger operations.
Pashinyan’s remarks indicate that the government is considering revising the current concession approach in search of a more practical way to address the issue.
