YEREVAN, September 15. Unibank has expanded the working hours of its call center, making banking support more accessible for customers, the bank’s press service said.
Under the new schedule, the call center now operates around the clock from Monday through Friday, while on Saturdays and Sundays it is open from 10:00 to 22:00. The bank said the change will allow customers to seek advice and support at a time that suits them best.
According to Unibank, the extended schedule is another step toward improving the accessibility and quality of banking services. The bank has been steadily developing its remote service channels in response to customer needs and the nature of incoming requests. With many banking services already available online 24/7, the bank says it is equally important to provide prompt консультация and support when needed.
The new format is expected to be especially convenient for Unibank customers who are outside Armenia and in other time zones, as they will now be able to contact the bank on weekdays at any hour from anywhere in the world.
