UATE's Bonds Listed on Armenia's Stock Exchange

UATE enters the capital market

UATE (Ю Ай Ти И Экспо) has entered the capital market by listing its bonds on the Armenia Stock Exchange (AMX). This move allows the company to integrate capital market instruments into its financing and further development processes while expanding the range of available tools for investors.

In connection with the listing, a traditional bell-ringing ceremony was held at the Armenia Stock Exchange, symbolizing the company's new phase of activity in the capital market in terms of transparency, accountability, and expanded investment opportunities.

Investors have the opportunity to participate in the trading of UATE's bonds starting from August 31 by contacting members of the exchange or investment companies.

The bonds of UATE, totaling 763,750,000 AMD, have been included in the secondary bond list (Bbond) of the Armenia Stock Exchange. A total of 10,000 bonds have been listed with a nominal value of 76,375 AMD, a coupon yield of 13%, and a maturity period of 36 months. These bonds will also allow for targeted trading and repo transactions.

The bond distribution was carried out through Sirius Capital from January 26 to May 19, 2026.

The General Director of the Armenia Stock Exchange, Haik Eganian, stated: “The entry of UATE into the capital market is also significant in that it demonstrates the applicability of this debt financing tool for companies operating in various sectors of the economy. The capital market provides companies with the opportunity to diversify their sources of financing and establish the necessary long-term financial foundations for development. At the same time, presence in the public market implies higher standards of transparency and accountability, which are important for strengthening investor confidence. We value the entry of new issuers representing various sectors into the Exchange, as each such issuance contributes to the deepening of Armenia's capital market and the expansion of investment opportunities.”

Editha Ghazaryan, Executive Director of ATDM and member of the Board of Directors of UATE, noted: “It is particularly important for us that ATDM, being a non-commercial organization, was able to successfully place bonds through its subsidiary. We are very grateful to all our investors for their trust. As a main occasion to evaluate their investments and the best opportunity to learn about the results, I warmly invite everyone to participate in DigiTec 2026 from November 20 to 22. This event has risen to a new level, becoming an international technology conference and business event. These initiatives, the stable growth of association members, and our clear work towards achieving our strategic goals confidently position us as an issuer with predictable finances, of which I am truly proud.”

“Sirius Capital” was established with the aim of contributing to the development and expansion of the Armenian financial market. However, the placement of UATE's bonds also gave us another pleasant obligation — to contribute not only to the development of the Armenian financial market but also to the advancement of the technology events sector in Armenia. It is important to note that the latest technologies were applied during this placement, which corresponds to the company's field; for example, for the first time, an AB agent, Arminen, was used, which answered investors' questions with robotic precision and human voice. This is another step towards technological changes. The success of the bonds in the primary market was tangible — hundreds of investors and endless trust, as well as many investors who were waiting for the bonds to be listed on the exchange,” said Ararat Mkrtchyan, Director of Sirius Capital.

Specializing in event organization, consulting, and communication services, UATE implements various projects, among which the key one is DigiTec — one of the largest technology events in Armenia and the region. It is held annually in a format that combines exhibition, conference, and festival, bringing together companies, professionals, and tens of thousands of visitors from the technology sector.

The funds raised from the bond issuance are intended to ensure financial stability, optimize the debt burden, and expand and diversify sources of income.

The Armenia Stock Exchange will continue to support the entry of responsible and transparent companies into the capital market, creating a reliable investment environment and promoting the financing of the real sector of the economy through capital market instruments.

The Armenia Stock Exchange is the only operator of the regulated securities market in Armenia. AMX offers a complete package of exchange services, including listing, trading, clearing, and information services, as well as alternative exchange solutions. The final settlement of exchange transactions is carried out by the Central Depository of Armenia, of which the Armenia Stock Exchange is the 100% shareholder. The mission of AMX is to develop the infrastructure of the capital market, making it an active financing tool for the development of the Armenian economy.
