President Vahagn Khachaturyan has signed a decree appointing Khachatur Poghosyan as the head of the RA presidential staff:
“Based on part 1 of Article 139 of the Constitution and part 11 of Article 9 of the Law on Public Service, Khachatur POGHOSYAN is appointed head of the presidential staff of the Republic of Armenia,” the decree states.
