Georgia's Exports Increased by 20% in June, Reaching $771 Million

Georgia's Export Figures Are Growing

In June, Georgia's exports increased by 20%, reaching $771 million. This is stated in the preliminary report on foreign trade published today by the National Statistics Office of Georgia.

Compared to the same period last year, the export value increased by $131 million.

According to the same document, in the first half of 2026, Georgia's exports reached $3.9 billion, which is 20% higher than the figures for the same period last year.

Regarding imports, in June, the volume amounted to $1.6 billion, increasing by $112 million or 7% year-on-year.

In the first six months of 2026, imports totaled $9 billion, which is 0.7% higher than the same period last year.

On July 20, the National Statistics Office of Georgia will publish a detailed report on foreign trade, which will present the goods that recorded growth in exports and imports.
