“The secondary market is also quite active, and compared to last year, we have 15,000 more real estate transactions this year. Moreover, this pertains to various transactions. It is not just about buying and selling,” emphasized Pashinyan:

In the near future, we will address the issue of housing for large families, and we are implementing a housing program for our compatriots who fled from Artsakh. About 7,000 families have already received certificates for purchasing housing,” said the Prime Minister, reminding that the government’s plan is to finance the housing program for displaced compatriots from Artsakh with 800 billion drams.
