The production activity of a public catering facility belonging to the 'Pirajok' LLC in Vanadzor has been suspended by the decision of the head of the food safety inspection.
During the inspection, several violations were recorded at the facility. In particular, the walls of the kitchen did not have a smooth surface and were not maintained in a renovated condition, while the surfaces of the equipment in direct contact with food were not in a renovated state and were not made of easily cleanable and disinfectable materials.
Violations were also recorded regarding the condition of the refrigerator: it was not maintained in a renovated and satisfactory condition, and the shelves were subject to corrosion. Additionally, the door of the restroom opened directly into the kitchen, and there was no changing room for the staff.
By the decision of the head of the inspection, the production activity of the facility has been suspended. The director of the company has been instructed to take necessary measures to bring the food establishment into compliance with the requirements set by law. A deadline has been set for eliminating the violations.
