By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Tatev Aslanyan has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia. She received her higher education from Erasmus University Rotterdam (Netherlands). In 2025-2026, Tatev Aslanyan was a co-founder, CEO, and Chief AI Architect of SeleneX, a company specializing in the healthcare (HealthTech/BioTech) sector.
SeleneX is based on artificial intelligence and works in the field of early diagnosis of ovarian cancer, personalized treatment, and post-treatment care. Tatev Aslanyan leads an international team of over 12 engineers and 17 PhD candidates, including leading oncologists, radiologists, and clinical medicine specialists.
From 2023 to 2026, she was a co-founder and CEO of LunarTech, whose educational programs cover more than 50,000 students in 144 countries.
