Inspectors from the Food Safety Inspection Body (SATCM) conducted an inspection at the 'Talin Lemonade' production facility owned by individual entrepreneur Tamara Safaryan in the town of Talin, located in the Aragatsotn region.
During the inspection, several violations of sanitary and hygienic requirements were identified. In particular, the necessary maintenance and current repairs of technical equipment were not carried out, and cleaning, washing, and disinfection of production areas, as well as pest control and rodent management, were not performed.
Violations were also noted regarding the structural and hygienic condition of the production areas. Specifically, the surfaces of floors and walls did not meet the requirements for washing and disinfection, the ceiling did not prevent the accumulation of dirt, mold formation, and particle falling, and the doors did not meet the established hygienic standards.
Additionally, violations of requirements were identified concerning technological equipment, property, tools, utensils, and containers that come into direct contact with food: proper cleaning, washing, and disinfection were not performed, and some materials and equipment used did not meet hygienic requirements.
