Aligning with New Market Demands: The Development Model of Gyurjyan Cascade

Growth in Armenia's Real Estate Market and New Projects

Activity in Armenia's real estate market remains strong. According to official statistics, approximately 7240 real estate transactions were conducted in June 2026 alone, which is about 26% more than the same period last year. At the same time, the share of apartments purchased from developers has also increased, indicating that buyers are increasingly favoring new residential projects.

However, industry experts emphasize that merely constructing new buildings is no longer sufficient. Buyers are placing greater importance on the reliability of the developer, the quality of construction, the project's infrastructure, energy efficiency, and long-term value.

This is precisely the demand that the Gyurjyan Cascade residential complex aims to meet. Construction here is carried out on a strict schedule without any work interruptions. The buildings are designed to meet Armenia's exclusive A++ energy efficiency standards, which means more economical operation and modern engineering solutions.

One of the key advantages of the complex is its comprehensive infrastructure. The project includes landscaped parks, children's playgrounds, sports fields, a swimming pool, a kindergarten, and commercial and service areas. Additionally, the complex can be accessed via several different routes. This means that residents are acquiring not just an apartment, but a complete living environment.

Another feature of the project is the solar power station operating in the Talin region, with income from the sale of the generated electricity intended to benefit the residents of the complex by offsetting some of the common electricity costs and maintenance fees for the apartments.
