Security Council Secretary Alen Simonyan met with U.S. House of Representatives member Abraham Hamadeh on August 19.
During the meeting, the two officials addressed regional developments and issues related to the TRIPP project. They also discussed other topics of mutual interest.
Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio had earlier approved a document in Washington on Armenia-U.S. joint work within the framework of the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity, or TRIPP, program.
