The State Interests Protection Division of the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia submitted a request on June 19, 2026, to the Ministry of Environment and the "Sevan" National Park to take measures to terminate the lease agreement signed on December 20, 2004.
Based on the request from the Prosecutor General's Office, the "Sevan" National Park and the individual jointly submitted an application to the Cadastre Committee to terminate the lease agreement.
According to the certificate issued by the Cadastre Committee on August 19, 2026, the lease rights for the 3100 sq. m land plot have been terminated.
The property, with a cadastral value of approximately 21 million 186 thousand drams, has been returned to the ownership of the Republic of Armenia.
