The Food Safety Inspection Body conducted a control measure at the public catering facility "Royal Food," owned by the company "Healthy Food 2023," located at 22/7 Tbilisi Street, Yerevan.
During the inspection, several sanitary and hygienic violations were identified. Specifically, the floor surfaces of the facility were partially damaged and required renovation. The walls of the kitchen did not have a smooth surface, were not in a renovated condition, and had irregularities and holes. The ceilings were also not in a renovated state, which made it impossible to fully prevent the accumulation of dirt, the growth of mold, and the potential for particles to fall.
Based on the identified violations, the production activities of the public catering facility have been suspended. The operator has been instructed to take necessary measures and bring the food establishment into compliance with the requirements set by law. A corresponding deadline has been established for the elimination of the violations.
