The Constitutional Court will review the compliance of the TRIPP agreement with the Constitution on September 15 in a written procedure:
The rapporteur for the case has been appointed as Judge Edgar Shatiryann of the Constitutional Court. If the high court recognizes the obligations of the international treaty as compliant with the Constitution, it will be sent to the National Assembly for ratification:
It should be noted that on July 16, the Government approved the ratification process of TRIPP between Armenia and the USA, and the decision was to be sent to the Constitutional Court.
