The Russian government has extended the export ban on diesel and marine fuel, as well as gas oils, until September 30, inclusive, for direct producers.
Previously, the restriction was in place until August 31.
The Russian government noted that the decision was made to maintain stability in the domestic fuel market.
At the same time, other export restrictions on fuel are also in effect in Russia: in particular, a general ban on the export of certain categories of fuel is set until January 31, 2027.
