Russian Transport Minister Andrey Nikitin stated that Armenia is not formally refusing anything. He noted that Russia continues to work with Armenia, fulfilling all its obligations.
Nikitin added that Armenian authorities periodically make statements, but this does not mean they are refusing cooperation. “We work as we have worked and fulfill our obligations,” he said.
