The Russian government has extended the ban on the export of diesel and marine fuel, as well as gas oils, until September 30, according to the press service of the cabinet of ministers.
The Russian government reminded that the general ban on fuel exports is in effect until January 31, 2027. However, the existing restrictions for direct producers of diesel fuel, marine fuel, and gas oils were set to expire on August 31.
The Russian government noted that the extension of the ban is necessary to maintain a stable situation in the domestic fuel market.
