YEREVAN, July 3. /ARKA/. A memorandum of strategic cooperation signed between Renshin and GTB Development sets a new standard in Armenia's urban planning and investment environment.
According to the agreement, Renshin acquires a stake in the Cascade complex project – the main cultural and urban planning hub of Yerevan. As a market leader, Renshin joins this strategic partnership with nearly 25 years of institutional expertise and a successful portfolio of premium-class construction covering about 1 million square meters.
Undeniable evidence of the company's financial stability and reliability are already implemented megaprojects, such as Artlife Kempinski Residences Yerevan, the World Trade Center (WTCY), the first skyscraper district in Armenia Skyline, and the recently launched project Tumanyan 8.
Financial stability and experience in managing large programs have been the key driving forces behind this deal. The director of GTB Development, Gor Mikaelyan, commenting on the prospects of the partnership, emphasized: “In this project, our main focus is the interests of Yerevan and the full success of Cascade.” This is indeed a precedent-setting union for the future of our city.
This union guarantees that the project, which serves as the capital's hallmark, will be implemented according to the strictest international financial and quality standards.
