Vladimir Putin is holding a meeting with Nikol Pashinyan. During the meeting, Putin stated that Armenia's aspirations to join the EU create difficulties for its membership in the Eurasian Economic Union.
He also emphasized, "The sooner Armenia makes a decision about joining the EU, the better. Moscow needs to understand how to develop relations."
According to Putin, Russia has always supported the development of friendly and mutually beneficial relations with Armenia, which aligns with the fundamental interests of the peoples of both countries.
