“Armenia cannot sit on two chairs at the same time. They want to receive benefits from Russia but also play the game with the West. Let them play, but in that case, of course, we will take away our "gifts,"” the Russian lawmaker noted, adding that in this case, “Pashinyan will find himself in a difficult situation.”
Moscow insists that Armenia should hold a referendum to choose between the European and Eurasian unions:
