Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will discuss the issue of a referendum regarding Armenia's future relations with the EU and the EAEU during their upcoming meeting in Bishkek, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov:
"The president will, of course, use this meeting to once again present our arguments. But we cannot be more Armenian than the Armenians themselves. And, of course, the decision regarding their fate will be made by them — the Armenians," Peskov said.
