Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is sending two officials to Washington for negotiations regarding the charter and shareholder agreement of TRIPP Development Company.
The trip is scheduled from August 30 to September 3, 2026, during which Artem Sujyan, the acting head of the office of the representative for international legal issues in the Prime Minister's Office, and Victoria Aydinyan, head of the office of Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, will participate in the negotiations.
The expenses of the trip will be covered by the Prime Minister's Office of the Republic of Armenia.
It is noted that the officials must submit reports to the Prime Minister's Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia within three working days after their return.
