On August 26, Armenian Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of France to Armenia Olivier Decottignies in connection with the completion of his diplomatic mission in Armenia.
The head of the defense agency expressed gratitude to the ambassador for the close cooperation during his tenure and wished him success in his future endeavors.
Minister Papikyan highlighted the achievements in the defense cooperation between Armenia and France, particularly in military-technical cooperation, military education and training, exchange of experiences in various fields, joint exercises, and other areas.
