Ukraine Produces 10 Million Drones Annually

Ukraine produces 10 million drones annually and plans to double that figure. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelensky during the celebrations for Ukraine's Day of Statehood in Kyiv. He recalled that when he first announced the plan to produce one million drones per year, there was significant skepticism about the statement. "We can confirm that we are currently producing 10 million drones per year. 10, and there will be 20," Zelensky stated.
The head of state assured that Ukraine would do this in collaboration with its partners.
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Zelensky announced that the European Union and Ukraine have signed an agreement to jointly promote drone production. This innovation will allow drones to be produced and stored within the EU, protecting them from Russian strikes.
There are huge technological and industrial capabilities in Europe, but there is a lack of experience, von der Leyen noted.
