Deputy Speaker Aram Vardevanyan stated that the government program should only be discussed if the National Assembly is fully formed. He emphasized that the Constitution stipulates that within 20 days from the formation of the government, the government program must be presented, which the National Assembly should discuss:
“The verification or control of the government program should be carried out according to sectoral permanent committees. When they are not formed, how can the government program be properly examined by the National Assembly?” Vardevanyan said.
