Asphalt concrete is being laid as part of the construction of the road leading to Nrnadzor, according to the Road Department Foundation.
The foundation said the road project is being financed from the state budget of the Republic of Armenia.
No further technical or financial details were provided in the statement, but it said the construction work is continuing within the framework of the project.
