A meeting of the Public Investment Committee was held under the leadership of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
During the agenda, proposals for public investment projects were presented, including the construction of the "Ajapnyak" metro station named after Karen Demirchyan, the modernization of the metro, electric urban solutions, and the management of wastewater in the Sevan basin.
Issues regarding the further progress of the construction of the Kapsi reservoir and the application of exceptions for certain public investment programs were also discussed.
Aneta Babayan, director of the "Investment Project for the Construction of the Metro in Yerevan," presented the project for the construction of the "Ajapnyak" metro station, emphasizing that the implementation of the program will improve the multimodal transport system of Yerevan.
During the meeting, individual components of the project were discussed, and practical steps for effective implementation were presented.
Economic viability, socio-economic benefits, and environmental impact of the program were also addressed.
Aramazd Ghalamkaryan also presented the project for managing wastewater in the Sevan basin.
The meeting discussed project management issues and the progress of the project, as well as the possibilities for implementation in various formats.
